A. You can sign up by choosing your coach on the Find Your Coach Page and clicking on the JOIN NOW button in the program box of your choice. You can also go to our Programs and Products page and sign up from there if you don't have any particular preferences when it comes to the coach. In any case, you are guaranteed to receive coaching by a highly experienced and trained professional.
Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email and you will ready to get started on the path to your SUCCESS.Q. What should I expect from a feedback/help perspective?
A. Depending on the nature of the problems you are trying to solve, you will receive personalized tips and advices via e-mail, phone, face-to-face meetings or even via snail mail if preferred. Your additional questions on these tips and advices will always be answered within a short amount of time. A support is always available during regular business hours by writing to info@myprivatecoach.com and conference calls can be scheduled at very short notice.
Q. Can I get out of my membership at any time?
A. Yes! If you are on a month-to-month membership you will only pay for the current month and all payments will be suspended from that moment on. You will be able to come back as a member whenever you feel like you need help tackling some life issues. If you are on a yearly membership, the full year is due and you will remain a member until the end. However, we understand you may have specific conditions, business trips etc..and we will allow you to suspend your membership for a maximum of 2 months. Example : If you are a year-member since January 2003 and you are planning to go on a trip from September to end of October and do not plan to need us during this period, you can ask us to suspend your membership so that you do not lose these 2 months. Upon your return you will have until end of February 2004 already paid-for.
Q. What is *Your Money Back Guarantee*?
A. The *Your Money Back Guarantee* applies to the Weight Loss Programs. If after 12 weeks, you have not lost one pound, you have contacted your coach every day with your diet/fitness routine, you have shared your specific difficulties with your coach, you have followed the guidelines and advices your coach provided you with, then we will refund you within 10 days (after end of program, minus $250 for the Weight Loss Personalized Assessment)

A. You can always use the Contact Us link and tell us what you would like to see or get from our team of experts. If you are already a member you can contact your coach directly and let her/him know what you think would bring value to our services. We welcome all feedback!

A. You can always rely on our team to look for the best source of information should your problem be out of our regular capacities. We will let you know within 24 hours how we can coach you for these specific situations.

A.Because of anti-spam tools, it may happen that you do not receive any emails from us. To fix that problem, make sure you whitelist the following domains in your list of authorized domain names:
30daybootcamp.com and myprivatecoach.com.
If you are using an email forwarding service, make sure you whitelist these domains in both places and educate your spam filter by rating our emails as "accepted" or "safe".
If you are using Yahoo or Hotmail or any other online free email services providers, check in your Junk Folder and when you find our emails, make sure to report them as "not junk". This should guarantee that on the following day, you receive your daily BootCamp email in your regular inbox.
Q. Should I get a doctor's authorization?
A.As in any new diet, fitness routine etc...always ask your doctor's opinion before starting something new.

A.At MyPrivateCoach.com, we receive approximately 365 requests per year from coaches who would like to be
certified and listed by us. We only accept 8% of the applicants. Our selection criteria use the following elements:
relevant experience, other certifications if any, international experience, other languages spoken, screening interview, references verification, etc......
We do not accept any novice coach.
