What's it Like Inside Your Temple?

When you step into a temple, how do you expect it to be inside: kind, loving, warm, accepting, understanding, nonjudgmental, caring, truthful, serene? If your body is your temple, what's it like inside? Does it make you want to escape yourself or be at home with yourself?
If you're not experiencing it inside of your temple, then you may be
looking outside of yourself for understanding, praise, comfort, joy and
love. It creates a hole in your heart to not be experiencing these
things in your own temple. Many of us try to fill the hole with food.
Yet, there's not enough food in the world to fill the hole because food
is an imposter to what you really want.

Recipe: Creamy Squash Soup

This creamy, flavorful soup is a winner!
Ingredients: Serves 6
- 2lbs butternut squash - 1 onion, sliced - 2 garlic cloves - 1 bouquet garni (bay - leaf, parsley, and thyme tied together) - 4 cups chicken broth - 1 leek, sliced - green part only - some Italian parsley
- 3 tablespoons whipping cream, soy-milk, rice milk, or almond milk - 1 tablespoon olive oil - ground nutmeg - salt + pepper
