>>Back to my Programs

I am a certified french coach sharing my time between Paris where I was born and America, my other country of heart.

As my background testifies, I embody the ability to face the radical changes of life and to live thouroughly new opportunities.

Before I embraced the coaching career, I had over 14 year experience in creating results through challenging goals and problem solving approach in multinational, fast paced environments.

In 1986, after graduation from EDHEC, High Business School of North of France, Lille, I embraced an IT career. I joined IBM France as a the youngest Sales Account Manager of France where I attended IBM Sales School for a year, before joining the sales team as a Large Accounts Sales Manager in charge of Paris City Hall.

In 1993 when I decided to move from IT to the Fashion business, I completed a postgraduate degree in Fashion and Textile from IFM, French Institute of Fashion, Paris where I developped business expertise in Fashion and Textile where I had the oppportunity to meet most of the fashion industry leaders.

In 1994, The Managing Director of Chargeurs Textiles, european wool industry leader gave me the responsability to achieve a joint venture implementation study in Mexico City.
When I came back in Paris, I joined KENZO, newly part of LVMH Group in 1995, the worldwide famous japanese designer and got mandated by the Managing Director for auditing the organization and reengineering processes.

For two more years, I pursued my career in the Fashion business as Sales Account Manager successively for the prestigious LVMH Group and Max Mara branch office in Paris, CO.MAX where I was in charge of the leading international retailers and French franchises buyers. In 1999 after my divorce, I decided to make a new shift in my life and decided to come back in the IT business to join one of the most extraordinary dynamic and creative hardware american corporation ever, COMPAQ France in Paris. Thanks to my previous sales background in IBM and to the channel skills I developped in Fashion, I became the Sales Partner Account Manager in charge of GE Capital IT Solutions, distribution branch of GE, Compaq France leading sales partner. At the end of 2001, GE CITS closed its distribution branch as a consequence of Compaq's direct sales focus versus channel distribution. I was asked to join the sales team in charged of the developement and the management of IT projects for the Automobile industry leaders (PSA, Renault, Wolkwagen) as a Large Accounts Sales Manager. In 2003, when the merger process between COMPAQ and HP, Hewlett Packard took place, I decided to achieve a personal and professional project where I could enhance and share my most precious inner skills if life :

vision and successful adaptation in a continuously changing environnement.

Becoming a coach was the natural synthesis of both my personal and professional experience.

I completed my coaching training including:

at the DÙjÙ Coching Institute in Paris, Center of strategic, systemic, professional and personal growth affiliated to the International Coaching Federation. Today, as a member of MyPrivateCoach, the ICF and of the AEC (Association Europèenne de Coaching), I belong to a community of peers "representing and supporting excellence in the Professional Coaching Worldwide".
