African Orange Salad

. Direct from Northern Africa, this tasty salad will bring lots of vitamin C (91% RDA).
. One orange also brings 10% of vitamin B1 (thiamin) which helps the body release energy from carbohydrates during metabolism.
. Native from South Asia, cinnamon offers impressive properties: from sugar lowering capabilities (verified in recent large medical studies) to relieving nausea and improving blood pressure.

Ingredients:

- 1 orange per person (peeled with skin removed so that the flesh of the fruit is all that's left)
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbp Orange Blossom Water
- Mint leaves (for decoration purposes)

Directions:

-1- Cut oranges in small segments and arrange them nicely on a plate with mint leaves.
-2- Drizzle honey and orange blossom water and sprinkle cinnamon.
-3- Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes and served chilled.

Serving suggestions:

Can be served as an appetizer or as a dessert.
