Chocolate Ginger Cream
An easy (5 minutes) aphrodisiac recipe where the ginger-chocolate combination will arouse your senses.Ingredients for two:
2 eggs
70 oz of dark (70%) chocolate
3/4 cup of whole milk (ok ok...if you are on a diet, you can use skim milk but the result won't be as rich and sexy)
The juice of half an orange
1 Tbs of sugar
1 very small pinch of powder ginger (you can go up to a regular pinch if you really think it will be hard to seduce her/him :-)
1 Tbs of vanilla extract
2 Morello Cherries with their stem (optional, for decoration)
Directions:
Break chocolate into small pieces and put them in a food processor or a blender.
Add: orange juice, vanilla, sugar, ginger and set aside.
Heat milk 2 minutes in microwave (make sure to use a high rimmed bowl so that not to avoid overflow)
Pour hot milk in food processor/blender (on all the ingredients previously put there).
Let chocolate melt for 30 seconds.
Mix for 1 minute. After this minute, add the eggs while it is mixing, one by one and continue mixing for 30 seconds.
Pour in presentation cups and put in the fridge for 4 hours minimum.
Serving suggestions:
When ready to serve, add the cherry on top of the chocolate-ginger cream.
(You can keep this cream in the fridge for 2 days).
