Fruit Salad with Maple Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients:
- 2 cups papaya, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups pineapple, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups mango, peeled and cubed
- 3 cups strawberries, washed and sliced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Maple syrup to taste
Directions:
-1- In a large bowl, toss the fruit together
-2- Whisk together the yogurt and maple syrup
-3- Pour over the fruit and toss well. Serve immediately.
Variations:
Add grated fresh coconut
or
Add fresh grated ginger
Serving suggestions:
Serves 6 to 8 people. Can be served as a brunch accompaniment or at a barbecue.
